The operation and maintenance of large quantities of electromechanical equipment systems in intelligent buildings are very complicated, at the same time the costs of maintenance are very high as well. Integration control of the systems is one of the effective solutions. The technology can take the heterogeneous electromechanical equipments under the control of a single platform. The aims of the optimization in operating the electromechanical equipments and the promotion in efficiency can be achieved.Combining the control and management characteristics of intelligent building electromechanical equipment systems with development status of information technology, the demands and feasibility of integration in intelligent building electromechanical equipment systems are analyzed, later an equipment systems integration mode based on 3-tier architecture is proposed. The integration management platform that is developed though applying the mode has the characteristics of stability, reliability and function configuration facility. The platform is composed of distribution layer, core layer and data layer. It can preferably solve the integration problems of the heterogeneous electromechanical equipment systems, and provide abundant potential management function, such as remote equipment supervisory control based on Internet, auto roll polling equipment, linkage control, combination operation, etc.In order to develop the integration management platform, in the thesis we study on several key technologies. (a) The research of heterogeneous electromechanical equipment systems integration technologies, namely, the 3-tier architecture technology of integration platform, the equipment access technology based on open protocol and the core layer component technology of 3-tier architecture. (b) The research of implementation technology in the core layer of integration management platform based on 3-tier architecture. The thesis analyzes concretely the core layer implementation technologies of auto roll polling equipment, supervisory control equipment, linkage control, etc. (c) The research of access technology of integration platform for the client computer.Based on the research achievement of the key technologies, aiming at the electromechanical equipment systems in practical project, such as elevator system, high voltage power supply system, refrigerating system, wind-cooling refrigerating system,etc, we have developed a building electromechanical equipment integration supervisory system successfully. The system has the functions of the real time query equipment, auto roll polling equipment, combination operation, auto alarm, linkage control, etc. It has been applied to a large intelligent building in ChongQing, and obtained approved socioeconomic performance.
