The fin stabilizer is one of the most popular ship-stabilized equipment. The early fin stabilizer controller is made of the simlate circuit, it is bad that the circuit forms complicatedness, stability and interference-free ability . With the development of technology of the microcomputer, the control technology of the computer have been used in the control system of fin stabilizer too. The microcomputer fin stabilizer controller has stabilizers that simulation circuit makes up superiority that controllers can't be compared, It is small, the parameter is easy to adjust, can be used in various kinds of shiping, have very good commonability.At present, most controllers of different fin stabilizers both at home and abroad adopt the controller of the microcomputer as the core, and rely mainly on controlling the movement of the fin stabilizer. The function of the controllers is monotonous, there are few ones that measured and involved partly by oneself-testing. Besides, the data processing ability of the existing controller is far from meeting the application in the controller in the fin stabilizer of method of advanced person, intellectual control. So the perfection and upgrading and is studied of the control system of fin stabilizer is very necessary, And become a kind of demand.In this text, the advanced new-type microcomputer (System On Chip)with mixing the signal-C8051F020 is a core, and replaces thecontroller of NJ5 series fin stabilizers. No the basis of original stabilizer, we designs a set of observe and control the system to fin stabilizers, While finishing having a controller function of stabilizer originally, increase measurement function by oneself, It is more perfect to make the stabilizer observe and control the systematic function, its globality can be improved. Besides, simplify the circuit, improve dependability of the stabilizer and interference-free ability . The research contents of this text include the following aspects mainly:1.The small scale emulation revolving table of the fin stabilizer observes and control system is designed in this text. The emulation revolving table is used in the observes and control the system of fin stabilizer to produce the relative law shakes the signal of shiping in the course of measuring mainly the performance for the detection system.2. The hardware of the fin stabilizer observes and control system is designed synthetically. All functions of the controller has contained NJ5 series fin stabilizers stabilizer, and increased the control of the revolving table and collection of the signal that the trouble and state measured.3. The software of measuring-itself part is made up in this text. Including procedure module of controlling of revolving table, the procedure module of gathering angle signal, the procedure module of gathering trouble and state signals, procedure module of shows etc. These procedure module has been formed measuring-itself control procedure subjects .The above-mentioned three parts permeate a whole each other, form the the fin stabilizer observes and control system.
