Intelligent Power Remote Monitoring Device Based On DSP

Power remote technology is the basis of power dispatch automation, and it is very important to supervise the remote channels. In this paper, the design and realization of supervision device used in power system remote channel is introduced in detail. The function of this device is to measure the parameters of remote signal including signal level, carrier frequency and SNR, then based on these parameters to analyze by intelligent method, and as the result, the status of remote channel is concluded. In the course of designing, DSP technology and digital signal processing method is used to power system remote supervision, and SNR of remote signal is estimated for the first time.
