The thesis simulates the practical condition of the guide bushing & piston rod reciprocating movement in the shock absorber. The on-line testing technology of friction & wear is researched on the base of the computper-aided automatic test and brainpower instrument, which is set up under Windows. The signal of examination parameter is picked up through the sensor, magnified through the magnifier, and then collected and disposed through PCI2003 which is based on PCI bus. It can realize the real-time collections, on-line analyses and save of speed, load, frictional force and temperature by the software which is compiled in VC + +. And the friction behavior of experimental material are made the real-time and quantified evaluation.For the sake of overcoming the disadvantages of the test of traditional Tribology, not representing tribology systematize and timeliness, the on-line testing technology of friction & wear further excavates strong software potential of computer and substitutes the software for some traditional instruments, which ensure tribology experiment's real-time require and veracity.
