Aviation Flight And Safety Under Dangerous Weather Condition

Flight safety is the vitality of airline industry and is subject matter for civil aviation carrier. Aviation safety has relations with the life and property of the people, the stability of the society, the visualize of nation, the over situation of economy and construct of the whole country. In recent years, aviation technology has improved greatly and liberty degree of the people has enhanced in civil aviation activity, but flight safety is still influenced by a lot of factors. In essence, there are three kinds of factors, such as human factor, mechanism factor and circumstance factor. The ratio of flight accident result from circumstance factor is 1/3. To a great extent, is dangerous weather. In despite of improvement of aviation technology, the influence by dangerous weather is tremendous and cannot be ignored.There are a lot of dangerous weather factors that influence civil flight safety. But in China, mainly there are four kinds of dangerous weather factors, such as low wind shear, thunderstorm, air turbulence, and precipitation. The way how the dangerous weather factors affect the flight safety and the way to deal with have also been analyzed. In this paper, four kinds of dangerous weather factors are mainly analyzed and researched. First the basic conceptions of them are expatiated, and the reasons that they form and the intensity factors that they appear are analyzed. By the means of integration of theory with practice, the way how the dangerous weather factors affect the flight safety and the way to deal with have also been analyzed.At last, this thesis analyzed the flight accident at Wuhan on 22nd, June, 2000. With synoptic chart, code, satellite nephogram, and radar chart, this thesis explained how the dangerous weather affects the aviation flight safety.By analyzed the relation between dangerous weather and flight safety, the conclusion that the appearance of an aviation accident is influenced not only one kind of danger weather factor but also several kinds of dangerous weather factors. And some measures of aircraft operation that aviation operation controllers take are pointed out in dangerous weather.
