Electronic Soft-Starter For AC Motor Based On The Fuzzy Control And Chinese Windows

The use and composition of hard ware and principle of the system operation and control strategy for Fuzzy Control of electronic soft-starter for AC motor was described in this paper.The control circuit of digitalized soft-starter with the three-phase AC voltage regulating was designed. The digital phase shifting trigger based on the 80C196KC MCS and GAL16V8 programmable device was developed. The control method for digital phase shifting trigger was given and its principle of operation and designing was discussed.The fuzzy PID control method with oneself-regulating to parameter was employed. The practicable program was compiled. A prototype was made and tested .The result demonstrate that the circuit is reliable and the program run well.
