Along with restructuring of electric power system, the paces of the power supply enterprise undertaking marketing go faster. Now it seems very important for the enterprise to develop the customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. CRM-Oriented marketing decision support system can help man collect all kinds of scattered and detailed data, mine the instinct laws of the task and the quantity information related to customer, and then based on these information assist man to pursue a better CRM. In this article, the function and structure of such system has been designed. At the same time, the design and establishment of DSS DW has been discussed with details. Then a rough system based on J2EE technology has been given with two application instances advanced. One is customer segmentation analysis based on the method of FDM fuzzy clustering, and the other is customer makeup analysis based on Stat. method.
