The Research On Traditional Chinese Architecture From Modern View

The research is on traditional Chinese architecture. From the pointof modern art psychology and space theory, the paper analyses the typicaldesign manners in traditional exterior space, intermediate space andframe structure. From modern psychology and aesthetics, the paperconcludes the rational spirits and sensible spirits in those design manners.The aim of this research is to enlighten contemporary Chinesearchitecture design to get rid of the ties of traditional form and inherit theChinese architectural spirit from modern way.
