Analysis Of Client Demand Of Automobile NVH And Digital Management System Of NVH Test

The analysis of client demand of automobile NVH is important for research and development of automobile NVH in some enterprises. Different kinds of models have to be researched and produced to meet users' personality needs. It is necessary and benefit for the enterprises not only to avoid blind production, but also shorten development cycle of the product. Firstly, enterprises must accurately describe and sample users' fuzzy demand information of automotive NVH performance; secondly, the users' demand information is conversed to the information of the model. In this thesis the analysis system of client demand of automobile NVH is established by above-mentioned two steps. As for digital management system of NVH test can be used to manage testing data and provide NVH performance parameters for analysis of users' demand as well.According to types and characteristics of client demand of automobile NVH, a users' demand-driven model of automobile NVH is firstly proposed and then some necessary databases are set up based on the model such as the model parameter database and the digital management system of NVH test. The fuzzy clustering analysis, the fuzzy pattern recognition and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are finally utilized to analyze the users' fuzzy demand of automobile NVH and the subjective evaluation of sound quality is recommended into the system of client demand of automobile NVH to let clients intuitively feel the NVH performance of vehicles. The users' demand-driven model is a guiding ideology and the databases are technical support to analysis of users' demand; How to make use of automotive NVH performance parameters to evaluate the merits of its NVH performance is the key for analyzing the users' demand. The users' participation of the subjective evaluation of sound quality is an important guarantee.A complete analysis system of client demand of automobile NVH is related to a wide range of disciplines, such as systems engineering, statistics, information, engineering and so on. The results of the analysis can provide valuable information for automotive factory in the process of research and development of automobile.
