Study On Technical Insurance Measures For Public Transportation

Public transportation is one of the most important transportation modes. Although the policy of public transportation priority has been put forward for a few years, public transportation has become worse and worse in recent years in China because of lack of insurance system. So the study on insurance system has been built in this thesis on the basis of the actual situation in China, including policy insurance, technical insurance and enterprise reformation. Technical insurance, as the core of this thesis, has been discussed from planning, construction and management.Policy is premise of insurance system for public transportation. Firstly, its measures have been analyzed in this thesis. Technical insurance is the core of public transportation priority. Some measures have been expatiated in details such as transit village, bus lane, travel demand management and advanced public transportation system. Then, a theoretical framework of enterprise reformation has been constructed from government function and market economy. In the end, developmental advice of public transportation has been suggested according to the concrete condition in Hefei.
