Xi'an Public Transport Priority Development Strategies

With the rapid economic developments, the quantity of automobiles in road in Xi’an is growing continuously. Due to relatively old public transportation system design, cumbersome transport infrastructure and imperfect traffic management and or laws, Xi’an’s traffic environment is worsened, which makes it challengeable to solve and support further city development.We propose a strategy to manage traffic development in Xi’an that emphasizes the top priority of public transportation development. Our strategy maximize governments’ services, focus on the problems mentioned above, reorganize public resources and also pay more attention to long term development of the whole society.
