| The design of the cab of domestic loaders can't satisfy the costumers' demands for humanity at present, and the producers of Chinese loaders have limitation in their knowledge and design flow when they face up to opening out the cab of loaders . In this case , I put forward the concept of designing "the fellow of drivers--the humanistic cab of the loaders ".The point of this design is to probe into the practice and method of the industrial design of the cab of domestic 5-ton loaders with the application of ergonomics . This design realized the design target about humanization from art to the technique.First discussing whether the current cabs are humanistic , then considering how to make the cabs humanistic .after that designing a humanistic cab of loaders , that flow also can be namely "market research" and " design originality" and then " design expression". Using the theory of ergonomics and the software of Pro/ENGINEER and Alias , I have made up a 3D numeric model and finished the design of the cab of domestic 5-ton loaders .The process of this project incarnates the three phases of industrial design ,that is the conceptualization of the questions, the visualization of the concept and commercialization of the design. The advanced computer technology has made the whole course "non -paper" . With the practice through the design, I have further researched into the relations and interaction among the design of the cab of loaders, industry design and ergonomics. This research is design for the cab of loaders applying the theory of ergonomics . It can offer the practice of cab design of domestic loaders the theory references, design references and data references ,it can offer industrial designers references on design theory and design practices, it can also offer the scholars of ergonomics the application references . For the feasibility in engineering has been considered synchronously, the numerical model of this research has the research meaning in Parallel Engineering. |
