Research On Product Innovation Design Driven By Ergonomics

In today’s society, innovation is not only an important method for designers toleading changes on the way we live, but also a core competency of enterprises whoare participating in the fierce market competition. Product innovation is a complexand widely process referring to multi-subject knowledge, which including marketdevelopment, user research, conceptive design and evaluation, industrial design,digital design, design management and so on. In order to establish an effectivecommunication system among designers from different fields, it’s necessary to have acomplete innovation design methods as support. A series of social and materialfactors, such as the development of society, advances in technology, products updateand speeding up of the rhythm of people’s living, make systematic and humanizeddesign are being paid more and more attention to. People focus far more onevaluation of product’s convenience, comfort, reliability, value, safety and efficiency.Researches on industrial design and mechanical design is no longer simply satisfiedwith innovation of shape design or structure design. Human centeredness has been thefocus of research on innovation design methods. What the product innovation designdriven by ergonomics focus on is satisfying humanized demands by using specifiedfunction’s fulfillment, and this will be the development trends of product innovationdesign in the future.The main research beginning to study by using the structure ofgeneral-divide-general. Firstly, we did a widely and fully research on the content ofproduct innovation design and ergonomics, and then promote the concept of productinnovation design driven by ergonomics driven by ergonomics. Secondly, puttingforward two key points based on the research above, which are demand points ofinnovation design driven by ergonomics and innovation design factors driven byergonomics, and defining the concept of ergonomics experience and ergonomicattribute during the intense research. Next, we did a deeply research on this two part.Finally, we concluded the principles, methods and appraised goals of innovationdesign driven by ergonomics, in response to that, made a feasibility demonstration onthe research results which combined with bi-directional transfer ofwheelchair-nursing bed by oneself and portable infusion design.
