With more and more elevators come into people’s view,with more and moreconvenience elevators bring to us,with the elevators popularize, elevator has becomean indispensable part of the current field of architecture.The standard of people’sdemands about elevator’s humane and comfort is more and more increasing. With thedegree of automation about elevator supporting device goes high,such as elevatormultimedia display system, elevator monitor device, elevator reported station deviceis also improving. Research and Develop these device need elevator simulation device.Elevator simulation device uses the standard RSL protocol, which controls theelevator supporting devices to work according to the requirements of the actualelevator running state. It can not only test the elevator supporting device but also canrun these device in a long time before put into use. Elevator simulation device hasbeen widely used in elevator supporting devices’ production,inspection and test.Up to now, elevator simulation device can simulated all of the functions of thereal elevator. therefore, it is not easy to use for it on the scene. When elevatorsupporting device generates problems in the site, it needs to dismantle and bring backto the company for testing and repairing, and this will increase the cost and repairingtimes.In response to these problems, this paper puts forward a portable Elevator TestPlatform based on embedded technology, through a process analyzing the elevatoroperation state and information. It has overcome the shortcomings of traditionalElevator Test Platform such as bulky, unstable, one-way and etc. Embeddedtechnology is introduced into the elevator analog device, solved the problem ofelevator worksite. It made production and R&D easy,the tester can get standardelevator serial signal from the Elevator Test Platform itstead of going to the elevatorworksite, It also can detect the elevator supporting devices in the elevator worksite.This paper presents a new Elevator Test Platform based on embeddedtechnology,the hardware consists of three parts, control board, drive board, embeddedplatform. The control board transmit the standard RSL protocol signal and elevatoroperation status is sent to the embedded platform.The drive board is a protectioncircuit, which can detect current and amplify current, etc.The embedded platform is aupper terminal,the elevator Automatic Detection System in embedded platform can show the status of the elevator and two-way be controled.This paper introduces how to realize the hardwares and software of the ElevatorTest Platform, careful research and analysis the device. Elevator Test Platformachieves showing the status of the elevator and two-way be controled,it also providesthe standard OTIS4lines RSL (Remote Serial Link) interface.At the end of this paper, we maked a summary of the system, and makes aoutlook of the expansion and putting into use of the system.
