As is known to all, the sand is the necessary raw materials of concrete, the river-sand is close flow with its unique advantage. However, with the continuous development and expanding of the national scale of construction industry, the excess mining the river-sand lead to resources drying up in many parts, and has brought serious environmental problems. How to manufacture of large volume concrete through use rock-sand instead of river-sand effectively, and search for the key construction technology which is excellent quality and reasonable price has important practical application value and extensive popularization significance.It will release a great deal of hydration heat in the process of hardening after the large volume rock-sand concrete pouring is finished. Followed by that, temperature difference inside and outside of concrete will increase, which compared with river-sand more prone to high temperature stress and shrinkage stress that is proved to be harmful to the usability and durability of the structure if negative measures are made because of temperature crack. Therefore, rock-sand concrete pouring methods, temperature, cooling, etc. key construction technology is the key content of this study.This paper, based on the twin towers of Guiyang HuaGuoYuan D area project construction, by way of collecting relevant data and materials, experimental research and analysis, field practice, the guidance of mentor and field engineering staff, etc., analyzes and research each key technology of the large volume rock-sand concrete in the process of construction. Firstly, controlling and monitoring temperature of the large volume rock-sand concrete real-time according to the engineering characteristics and design requirements summarizes the relevant experience that it can be got through the mid-term test and temperature calculation. Secondly, analyzing mixture ratio of the test on the basis of material selection, making sure the final mixture ratio of the rock-sand concrete,and the effects are verified through the engineering practice. And then, monitoring temperature and analyzing measurement results through wireless monitoring technology of foundation slab in the large volume rock-sand concrete to avoid to producing temperature crack of concrete which will cause damage to the use of performance of the structure. Finally, through the experiment, calculation and engineering practice, followed by the analysis ice water that it could reduce the effect of mould temperature and hydration heat of rock-sand concrete so that the cooling and curing effect of rock-sand concrete are guaranteed.The research results in this paper have important practical value and extensive promoting significance for similar large volume rock-sand concrete engineering construction.
