Research On The Product Design And Simulation Based On Human Engineering

With the development of science technology and the improvement of standard living, and with the advent of information epoch and world manufacture, people increasingly pay attention to the design of product. Product design, which used to focus on technologies, is turning around individualized design with specific customer group. The main body of design is human and the purpose of design is that the product service for people, so the leading idea of the modern industry design is that people should be the most important. It researches the harmony relations of "things" and "people", emphasizes the unification of "using" and "beauty". Human Engineering insists on the idea which human is the most important, synthetically calculates human machine, environment three elements to win the best systemic performance .The combination of Human Engineering design and product design becomes one hotspot of modern design methods.With the improvement of standard living, the setting of strength equipment is not any more localization in the community. Many families purchase strength equipment. But the strength equipment which suit teen-age is few. Some high schools purchase the strength equipment which only suit adult. Some students come forth sport hurts in using them. So it is necessary to design the strength equipment that suit teenage to make them grow healthy.The paper contacts the fact of teen-age strength equipment and the idea of industry design, analyzes and designs Human Engineering of the strength equipment, and makes 3-D simulation.Firstly, this thesis presents the trend of customer-oriented product design in the 21st century, introduces the research and application of Human Engineering, putting forward the importance of the product human engineering design.We begin with the human factor of human-machine-environment system,proceeding the related body measure and dealing with the data. We analyze the character of the teenager's growth and put forward a good scheme of doing exercise.In the man-machine system, the thesis analyzes the design of working space, the display equipment and color.In the aspects of 3-D simulation, the paper introduces the human-modeling method, applies the entity-modeling technique to establish human model, environment model and product model, simulate human action on the machine.
