In this paper, we study the oil cylinder production workshop for engineeringanalysis of the virtual assembly technology, with the put forward of German industrial4.0, as the soul of the manufacturing industry, assembly are become the spotlight, andwith the rapid development of computer industry, Combining the computermanufacturing assembly with to achieve the new concept of digital assembly get moremanufacturing enterprises. At the same time, the enterprise staff’s health and workingefficiency aroused people’s concern more and more, because the human factors in theprocess of manufacturing is crucial. So, the combining of the virtual assemblysimulation and the study of human factors engineering to better improve the efficiencyof enterprise production become the most crucial, the enterprise staff’s health andworking efficiency was improved, making the enterprise to achieve win-win situation ofproduction and health.By using CATIA software for virtual assembly to make a modeling cylinder, it willshow the assembly process intuitively, in view of the main parts and componentsproduction process problems, making a program diagram, through the ECRS principleto improve, to get a reasonable flow chart.. As for the drawing the process flow diagram,on the theory basis of SLP and solution to get the production workshop logistics and thelogistics related figure, finally by the relevant figure to optimize production workshoplayout optimization scheme. Under the reasonable precondition of workshop layout,coming to each station for a analysis, take the analysis of each station to observe underreasonable workshop layout, using the DELMIA to part of the station simulation toanalyze the different problems of the production workshop in different location from thequalitative and quantitative two aspects of human factors engineering. Such as the rapidupper limb assessment of human body posture, lifting equation NIOSH to lift frequentlocation analysis, etc. Improve the unreasonable location for the improvement of humanfactors engineering to develop the optimal operation standard and reduce the probabilityof enterprise staff occupational disease and injury, and eventually improve productionefficiency.Finally, in this paper, through DELMIA software and the intensity of laborcombined analysis method, make a comparison for cylinder production workshop forengineering before and after improvement, to make a assess of the final homeworkcomfort flash fusion value analysis through the analysis, verify the rationality of theimprovement, so that provide a good guarantee for enterprise development.
