| Since human use aircraft for civilian transport, military training and combat, the human errors of aircraft maintenance have been in existence. The human errors have not been to get the effective management and control before because of the cognitive limits to errors. Until1950, due to the birth of the Human Factor Engineering, the research of Human Factors had development increasingly. With the continuous development of human factor theory as well as the use of military aircraft and civil aircraft frequently, the importance of human factors research for aircraft Maintenance has also been increasing. In the field of foreign and domestic civil aviation, the human factors research for aircraft Maintenance has been rapid growth and the incidence of human errors have also been effectively controlled. However, in the military field, this work developed very slowly because of institutional structure, organizational structure and other reasons. People too much emphasis on the "human factor" and ignore aviation equipment itself, organization and environment factors. As a result, the human errors rate are still high, it has seriously affected the daily training and operational efficiency in the use of military aircraft. Therefore, the human factor research for aircraft maintenance basing on Human Factor Engineering is an important research content in order to prevent and control human errors.Firstly, this article introduces the basic knowledge of Human Factor Engineering and aircraft maintenance, including human errors classification, the human factor research trends and theoretical results in domestic and foreign, military and civilian aspects. Taking into account the limitations of the theoretical model of the traditional human factor, analyze the more successful MEDA(Maintenance Error Decision Aid) and ADAMS(Aircraft Dispatch and Maintenance Safety) model abroad, and preliminary discuss the use of human factor research in military aviation. Then according to MEDA and ADAMS model, combined with military aviation, establish a human error analysis framework, use bottom-up post management and top-down active control of complementary unified approach to manage and reduce human errors. Applying the analysis framework, analyze two typical human errors of aircraft maintenance, and use the method of post management and active control in controlling human errors in order to demonstrating the analytical framework. Finally, from the organizational system, safety culture, staff anti-error capacity, working hours to environment, make some suggestions considering of the security system in aircraft maintenance. |
