Sustainable Development Of Interest Body And Urban Residential Environment

With the development of social economy, requirements ofinhabited environment of citizens become higher and higher. Urban residential environment is the most primary and direct part of inhabited environment, so it possesses very important and realistic meaning to ensure it's sustainable development in the course of urbanization. In these years, a lot of studies have been done on sustainable development of inhabited environment, which have promoted the improvement of urban residential environment. However, the research of urban residential environment's sustainable development mostly focuses on residential district design and environmental assessment. The research on genetic analysis and vectoring procedure is comparatively weak. In view of existing shortcomings, this paper selects correlative interest bodies for the cut-in point to seek a vectoring procedure in sustainable development, and then supplies references for government managing and planning controlling.Firstly, this paper generalizes the correlative studies on sustainable development of urban residential environment. From the point of view of controlling, the conception of "Rational-Economic Man" is introduced to analyse the rationality of interest bodies. And then, the paper reviews the developing process of urban residential district and correlative interest bodies since china's foundation, and analyses the influence of interest bodies on residential environment. Based on the theory and practice, four interest bodies correlated with urban residential environment are built up. Analysing from the angle of rationality and game, the paper advises that interest bodies should be leaded by the aim of sustainable development, and provides a loop control procedure to promote sustainable development of residential environment. To prove the conclusion in practice, the paper explores the reality of residential environment according to the spot investigation in Wenling City, and analyses interest bodies' behavior which caused the result, and then brings forward necessary conditions to promote sustainable development of residential environment in Wenling City. At last, the advice is put forward that the relation of interest bodies should be coordinated by compatibility restraint , and that sustainable development should be protected by the power of law.
