Autonomous flight control system of Unmanned Aerial Helicopter (UAH) is a complex control system. Integration of new control algorithms with a variety of different component technologies and resources is required. A new distributed compute technique -CORBA object service, in which event service and naming service are the basic object service, can be used to accomplish a flexible configuration and integration of modules existed in the network architecture, and can provide an open platform for UAH flight control components integrating. Consequently UAH would own the ability to on-line reconfigure and adapt to environmental change.The reusability of CORBA object service is remarkably improved if it was encapsulated into COM component. The component design can accelerate the development of large-scale distributed flight control application, guaranteeing the navigation and control modules' safety and improving their reusability. Finally, this paper proves that the encapsulation of real-time CORBA object service can greatly help to develop UAH distributed flight control system by the result of distributed simulation experiment of sensor system.
