Torpedo Guidance and Control System (TGCS) is a complicate and contradictory information decision and control system with a certain fuzziness. Simulation technology plays very important roles in the research of TGCS, and the research of simulation environment is involved in kinds of subjects. Based on the developing trends of civil and abroad simulation technology and computer technology, mainly study OOA, Component Modeling based on COM, Compiler Component and Simulation environment design and realization technology, Distributed object the application in TGCS.Based on the analysis of the framework hierarchy and information syncretizing of the TGCS by using the OOT, the basic framework model of the TGCS was founded. They included object model, dynamic model and function model of the TGCS. Additional the basal arithmetic class component, parameter model class component and simulation model class component, which are set up. All of these were made up of the main body of the TGCS.The technology of the OOP and COM was used to develop the component modeling and simulation software of TGCS. So the system modeling and simulation become much easy to maintain and extend and mostly realize the code reusing. Compiler technology was used to develop a compiling component that improves the flexibility and the ability of farther developing of TGCS.The most advance software- engineering methodology was presented, for example the OOP, COM, compiler technology and so on., which are used to design and develop the component modeling and simulation application framework of the TGCS. The result not only provide the novelty the practical method and useful tools for the visual modeling and visual simulation for TGCS, but also possess the theory meaning and engineering application value. In addition, the simulation program can extend to the other underwater aircraft.
