Torpedo Guidance and Control System (TGCS) is a complicate and contradictory information decision and control system with a certain fuzziness. Compiler technology was used to develop a compiling component that improves the flexibility and the ability of farther developing of TGCS.The most advance software- engineering methodology was presented, for example the OOP, COM, compiler technology and so on., which are used to design and develop the component modeling and simulation application framework of the TGCS. The result not only provide the novelty the practical method and useful tools for the visual modeling and visual simulation for TGCS, but also possess the theory meaning and engineering application value. In addition, the simulation program can extend to the other underwater aircraft.
