The Research On Cross-platform Relay Protection Operation Management System With Graphic Interface Based On Web

According to the present research on relay protection management, a web-based, cross-platform and graphical relay protection operation management system for regional power network is proposed and realized in this paper. The technology of JSP, wizcon and Oracle are used in it, and the key problems of the system are solved, such as the web publication of controllable graphics, the linkage of multi-combo boxes, the upload and download of files, etc. The system of this paper is based on graphical management. The main network graphic and one-line diagram of substations are all published on internet which enables the remote users to see the system information on the above graphics, such as the parameters of line, bus, transformer etc. and the protection arrangements, settings, faults, cycle-checks of protection equipments.According to the workflow of relay protection management, the information interactions between dispatching center, the relay protection teams and substations are realized. The upload and download of relay settings, defaults, cycle-checks are all completed on internet. The system windows can automatically prompt to alert people to do the corresponding work. It can supervise the users and record all the operations they do. The managements of news, faults, relay setting pictures, engineering pictures are also on web.
