Study On The Methodology Of Physical Environment In The Process Of Urban Design For Exploration And Construction By Stages

Under the situation that our country has being stepped into another booming period of urban construction, the contradiction between high speed of urban construction and shortage of fund has come to rise apparently. Facing on this problem, many cities have adopted the method- exploration & construction by stages-, in return for which, effects are quite obvious. When the method is put into practice, it is also the fundamental stage for the city space construction which shows same dynamic characters.It is known that preliminary urban planning issue can't catch up with the unforeseeable changes in politics, economy, society and so on. And the former issue can't be reconciled with the various needs appearing through the project process. Especially the problem stands out on the sector of physical environment study of urban design which didn't play the very role that it should do. If we ignore the problem, it would do harm to the city space construction, one the other hand, it would weaken the authority of the urban planning. Accordingly, it is very meaningful to physical environment study of urban design of an area , which was fit by the exploration & construction by stages.The paper beginning with questions views wholly and analyses logically the various need appearing through the project process which wasn't suitable with thephysical environment study presently, refer the goal, principles and the solution, and rethinks and summarizes through the instances.
