And the design program is laid down to provide a scientific basis for the next architectural design and high-quality dwelling make to order for the customers.Through the analysis and research in the whole paper, the author summarizes the striking problems with the application of architectural scheme to commodity residential quarters in the country presently, and puts forward simple and convenient methods ofarchitectural scheme for some important components of commodity dwelling, such as size and quality, and the orientation of the aim, the whole style, the dwelling size and relevant auxiliary facilities.
