| Theorical and experimental investigation on programmable cam mechanism are conducted in this dissertation. In this dissertation, the definition and studying content of the programmable cam mechanism are given, and its control function is also established. According to the control function, a stepping motor controlled by the chip microcomputer works as implementation mechanism of the programmable cam mechanism, and the control software of the programmable cam mechanism is programmed in the light of the chip microcomputer controlling method, which is called "given-step method".In accordance with the idea of the cam mechanism standardization, this dissertation attempts to obtain the expected output motion by controlling the input motion of an eccentric disk cam, which establishes the base for the cam mechanism standardization. At the same time, the dynamic response of the eccentric disk cam is analyzed and the method of optimizing the cam curve is proposed. At last, an experimental system, including a set of electric cam and a microcomputer-based measuring system, is established based on the theory of the programmable cam mechanism. By measuring the acceleration response signals of different cam curves derived from the electric cam system, the motion law of the electric cam is testified. On the other hand, the experimental results provide experimental data for the improvement of electric cam system. The experiment shows that the electric cam system has good output characteristics. A variety of cam curves can be acquired from a set of electric cam system and flexible output motion can be also realized. |
