| Today, with the development of economy and information, manufacturing enterprise is faced with great challenges (the frequent changes of client's requirements, continual technical innovation, the shortened period of product design and manufacture ) . With CIMS implementation more and more deeply, developing manufacturing information is an important task. In order to reduce the risk of those works, engineers must be guided by scientific implementation methodology. Enterprise modeling is the base to objectively analyze the requirement and workflow of enterprise and to reform the enterprise workflow correctly. In this paper, a new enterprise modeling method, viz. the integrated enterprise modeling method based on product process model, is proposed on the basis of existing enterprise modeling methods. Especially, this method references the thoughts of CIM-OSA (Computer Integrated Manufacturing-Open System Architecture) and the integrated enterprise modeling method of TsingHua. This modeling method is discussed from three aspects as follows. Firstly, on enterprise model framework, enterprise model expressed by this modeling method is more particular than other, since there are the views of product process and relation in it. Secondly, in this modeling method, the modeling process that the process model of products is created first of all and other models are created according as it is presented. Using this method, enterprise model is clear and consistent. Thirdly, on the representation of views, the traditional method of IDEF is appreciably improved. At the same time, the method using EXPRESS language of STEP (standards for the exchange of product model data) to express enterprise model is proposed. The consistency of information among whole lifecycle stages and all production fields is assured. In addition, a reference model of automobile industry is accomplished in this paper. It is composed of process view, function view, information view, organization view, resource view and relation view. Those theory fruits are refined from the process of creating reference model of automobile industry, and this reference model is the example of validating those theories. |
