Analysis And Application Of Integrated Logistics Support Standard And Data Model Of China And Abroad

The GJB 3837-99, MIL-STD-1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007 and S3000 L of logistics support standards of domestic and foreign were analyzed and researched.The main work is as follows:(1) Firstly, the historical background and practical significance of these four kinds of standards is introduced, and the role played by them in different historical periods. The results show that the number of relational diagram of GJB 3837-99 is less than MIL-STD-1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007 basically follows the relational table of MIL-STD-1388-2B, the definition of the data unit is also basically similar;(2) Secondly, the data model used in the four types of standards is analyzed in-depth. Find the tree structure of MIL-STD-1388-2B, GJB 3837-99 is intuitionistic,and easy to handle, but only convenient for traditional paper-based manual.GEIA-STD-0007 is established by using EXPRESS language and EXPRESS-G expression data model in the creation of relational database. The EXPRESS language and EXPRESS-G expression in GEIA-STD-0007 is also demonstrated through the software in the Editor EXPRESS-G editor. Adopted standard of S3000 L UML2.0TM unified modeling language and model class technology were detailed explanation, and according to the technology combined with the product decomposition method to decompose the aircraft fuel system, fully embodies its technical advantages.(3) Applied research. First, the method of maintenance task analysis and damage and special event analysis of the S3000 L standard are described in detail. Then use the method of damage and special event analysis to analyze and research an airline of two kinds of special events. Demonstrate S3000 L standard as a blueprint for the new standard of our country. The results of special event analysis in this paper can also provide resources for the security analysis database of airlines.In conclusion, suggestions in the formulation of new standards, should consider the relational table and data unit status with GJB 3837-99 deleted and added back. It is suggested that the new standard should be based on the S3000 L standard, and the datamodel should be established by using the UML language and the class model diagram.
