Fly ash is never sufficient used as a kind of secondary resource, it causes not only resource waste, but also environmental pollution. Based on the characters of fly ash, combining with knowledge of mathematical statistics and numerical analysis, properties and mechanics of self-compaction concrete made with high volume fly ash is researched in this article.The key to self-compaction concrete is the fluidity, cohesive and packing, the force and the endurance of self-compaction concrete are important factors in practical application. By means of test, the rheological performance, force and endurance of concrete made with fly ash and water reducing agent are obtained. Established mathematical model, by SPSS software and MATLAB software, the regression equation of concrete data and influencing factor of concrete is got. Furthermore, this article analyses the effect of rheological performance (includes dispersion, reversible filling, adhesive aggregation and mechanical) and influencing factors in the force and endurance of harden concrete in mechanics. Besides, the feasibility of self-compaction concrete made with high volume fly ash is discussed from the point of view of society, circumstance and economy.
