Disquisition Of The Relationship Between Urban Roads And Urban Environment

The development of urban construction, economic prosperity and increase of traffic are main points of urban development's trends. With these trends, traffic needs and supplies are increasing, resulting in the problem of traffic and environment. Harmonizing the relationship among urban development, traffic development and environment protection, realizing urban sustainable development, are the main content of urban planning and management, especially in traffic construction and management, in those biggest cities in the world,This disquisition starts from the present situation of urban roads and urban environment, then analyzes urban roads' influence to urban environment in details, including two points: living environment and zoology environment.It expatiates on existing problems and the development trends of urban roads in our country. As to the development trends of urban environment, this thesis raises the idea of constructing sustainable-develop green city.With the development trends of urban roads and urban environment in our country, this article expounds how to combine the concept of maintaining, perfecting and developing urban environment into urban roads planning, designing, constructing and using, to realize urban sustainable development, suggesting banding urban roads and urban environment together tightly. In urban roads planning, the planning's influence to environment must be analyzed. In urban roads designing, route designing, material choosing and roads construction must stress on urban environment protection. In urban roads construction, construction environment standard must be stipulated and be enforced. In urban roads using, items in "Advices for improve urban traffic and environment situation in China" must be executed. All of these harmonize the relationship between urban traffic and environment, and develop both of them. Then urban environment can be improved, while urban construction and economy all develop.
