This thesis aims to study some key technologies in modeling and processing the undercarriage, combining the development of the CAD/CAM special system in the undercarriage of a certain important military aircraft. Adopting the main key technologies including feature-based modeling ,optimization of cutting parameter, layout of the cutters tracks etc. is useful to improve the efficiency, quality and intelligent level in modeling the undercarriage.The research in this thesis is composed of the two following parts:Optimization of cutting parameter with the NC machining. The mathematics model will be established about the optimized goal function, then analyzing the features with the genetic algorithms and the simulated annealing algorithms. We learn about their merit, genetic algorithms are provided with the whole search. Finally we combine the each merit with the two algorithm, we decided to use the annealing genetic algorithms. With this algorithm we analyze and compute the cutting parameter, and receive the good result .through the result, we know that the good purpose can be get with using the annealing genetic algorithms.Design about the software system of cutting parameter optimization. We design the scheme about the software after analyzing the request and researching the instance in practice. The thesis adopts the mode from top to bottom, give out the whole layout, describes each module using the brief word. In the end, Show the primary window of system software .the structure of this software is perspicuity. Its security is good .maintenance is convenient and easy.
