When the structural systems or forms of the upper storey of tall building have obvious variance with the underneath storey' ,or the axis of the upper storey are deranged with the underneath storey ,we must instate a horizontal transformed structure, that is transformed structural storey. Nowadays, transformed structure is one of the most important structure systems for tall building. This paper introduces the development of transformed structure, and then, the author puts forward his personal opinion on the prospect of transformed structure systems. Then, the author works out two new spline basic function, and put up several spline subdomain with them. Spline subdomain method has been employed to make the space analysis of the tall building with transformed structure, and to solve its static and dynamic problems. The author adopted the no limit stabilization 5SWRPM to work out the reaction of the dynamic of the transformed structure. The time-history analysis method has been employed to solve dynamic problems. Procedures are developed in C language to calculate the examples of this paper. The author has solved three different project problems, in which the transformed structure are instate in three variant storey. From which a several practical conclusion are drawn. By comparing with finite element method, the results show that the spline subdomain method boast fewer unknown number, strong adaptability, high precision and simple computation and only need quite simple procedure. The method has gathered together all the merits of both the finite element and splint finite point method , and has been testified o be one of the most economical and effective method. The paper is valuable not only in theory but also in practice.
