The most common circuit topology of middle&small capacity induction heating power supply is parrel resonant circuit today in our country. There are usually two ways to implement power modulation: Controllable Rectifier and DC chopper. Some disadvantages such as low power factor, severe harmonic noise, low efficiency limit these circuit's application. The serial resonant topology with uncontrolled DC link and phase-shift power modulation method can conquer the disadvantages above and get a more perfect resolvent.The primary principle and actuality of induction heating power supply are reviewed at the paper's first chapter. Then we expatiate the two coupled circuit of induction heating power supply, their advantages and disadvantages are all discussed. Our design scheme is decided on this base at the end of this chapter.Has ascertained the scheme, we give the main circuit design and the parameters of every component that make up the whole system.The power supply's control system is analyzed detailly in chapter 4, it's schematic circuits are presented particularly as well.The system's control software design is recounted briefly in chapter 5,it's main module diagram is given.We demonstrate that the circuit components' parameter and the control method we choose are reasonable and valid through the system's simulation with MATLAB/SIMULINK and give the system's examination waveform and analyze them at the last chapter of this paper.
