This thesis researches high frequency induction heating power supply based on three-order resonant converter and introduces its basic principle, the trend of its future, including the characteristic of the converter, the control method and also the software and hardware design.The topology, the mathematic relationship and parallel connection of the three-order converter are deeply studied. The parallel connection characteristic is mainly studied, including its theoretic analysis and simulation.The power modulation and SPLL are studied. The thesis designs the buck chopper voltage double closed-loop power modulation based on fuzzy control theory according to the character of the converter. After introduction of the traditional PLL method, the thesis also designs the SPLL based on DSP TMS320LF2407 according to the character of the high frequency induction heating power supply. The arithmetic and flow chart of the design are also researched.The thesis designs the control circuit, preferences calculation and the driving circuit of power MOSFET and IGBT. After that this thesis does some experiments on the high frequency induction heating power supply, with 10 kHz frequency for the chopper and 300 kHz frequency for the inverter. At last, the simulation, software, hardware and also the experimental results are all presented in this thesis.
