| Superfine milling and grading machinery is the important equipment that is used to manufacture superfine powder. Grading system is a substantial section of the machinery, its function is very vital to produce high quality superfine powder. For a long time, CP series of supersonic superfine air flow milling and grading machinery have faced up to such problems as improve high grading precision, increase output and reduce range of particle distribute. Optimal designs to grading system of the machinery are primary work of this paper.In this paper, based on aerodynamics technology, mechanics and superfine powder technology, the optimal designs have been used on many sections of the grading system such as quantity of second air flow, grading impeller, air flow distributing wimble, shape of grading chamber, matching parts between grading chamber and grading impeller. Analyzing and optimizing construction of these parts obtain optimal scheme and parameter. By manufacturing substance and debugging, experiments show that the performance of the improved grading system reaches the expecting target, function of the machinery improve significant than ever. |
