In the dissertation, the model Y11X-1419 electrical connector as the object, reliability demonstration test method is researched deeply.First, briefly stated the developed history of reliability research and current situation at home and abroad, the reliability test method and the developing trend of reliability demonstration test, the statistical analysis method, the developing history and current situation of demonstration theory, the current situation and existing problems of electrical connectors reliability researched.Second, through analyzing the failure mechanism of electrical connectors, and combining with the theory of probability and statistics, set up a reliability statistical model of electrical connectors affected on temperature stress, laid a foundation for working out electrical connectors reliability demonstration test plans.Third, established censoring-I demonstration test plans of electrical connectors under accelerated stress. Proposed the way of how to estimate the reliability level further according to the demonstration test result. Proposed the evaluation method of censoring-I demonstration test plans by simulation, and the simulation result shows that the demonstration plans had been established are satisfied with the concerted demand.Fourth, established censoring-II demonstration test plans of electrical connectors under accelerated stress. Proposed the way of how to estimate the reliability level further according to the demonstration test result. Proposed the evaluation method of censoring-II demonstration test plans by simulation, and the demonstration result shows that the demonstration plans had been accepting criterion, and the result shows that, through optimizing the accepting criterion under the condition of test precision keeping fixed, the test time may be shortened greatly.Fifth, with transferring Weibull distribution into exponential distribution, the sequential compliance method and simulation evaluation method are discussed for Weibull distribution . The model Y11X-1419 electrical connector is taken for example, the sequential compliance Plans of failure rate are formulated. The result of evaluating of the compliance Plan shows that the method of sequential compliance is feasible and the Plan is reasonable.Sixth, established Bayesian demonstration test plans of electrical connectors under accelerated stress. Compared the demonstration plans under classical statistical theory and demonstration plans under Bayesian statistical theory, the comparison result shows that the test time of demonstration plans established by Bayesian statistical theory is shortened greatly. Proposed the evaluation method of Bayesiandemonstration test plans by simulation, and the simulation result shows that the demonstration plans had been established are satisfied with the concerted demand.Eventually, gave a conclusion to research content of entire dissertation, proposed the directions of electrical connectors reliability demonstration test, and the way of how to improve the inherent reliability level of electrical connectors.
