The construction schedules of hydropower projects are always concerned problems in the execute process. However, the schedule making is under the influence of many complex stochastic factors, such as those factors of project executing, the hydrological ingredient, the geological condition and the weather fator. As a specified project, taking account of the inflenuce of those stochastic factors should be taken as granted in calculating the schedule of the project.As a technique can factually and visually present the order relationships and duration characteristics of working procedures, dual time parameters network technique has been widely used in engineering scheduling. But time parameters network, with the certain procedure duration, cannot authenticly reflect the uncertainty of procedures and those relationships. For this instance, introducing the stochastic model into the dual time parameters network and forming fuzzy network, then the stochastic of project can be presented well by it, and the quantitative analyzing inflences of uncertainties in execution is available, then it is available too that possibilities of project accomplished on time is calculated and predicted.The construction conditions and construction process of longtang rockfill dam is very complicated. The construction process is changeful and complicated. The construction conditions have great effect on the construction process. As an example, the applicance of Longtan hydroelectric power plant proved that this method is practible and effectual. Moreover, the result is applicable and effective.
