It is a new direction for water reuse system planning to be integrated with water supply and drainage system . In this way , it can not only district existing different water resources ( wastewater included ) reasonably , but also delay the crisis of water resources , and protect water environment scientifically . Furthermore , it can rationalize the layout of water supply , reduce investment and operating cost , and take obviously economic benefits and environmental benefits .Applying the environment engineering , system engineering and mathematical programming , this paper makes a detailed research into the related problem of the water reuse system planning integrated with water supply and drainage system . First , the author not only thoroughly analyses the water quantity balance and water quality conversion of water , wastewater and reused water in the city , and the proper distibution of reused water , but also discusses the each subsystem and characteristic of the water supply system , drainage system and water reuse system . Consequently the author can get relatively exact and reliable cost model , and establish mathematical model fit for system characteristic .Second , on the basis of collecting the cost data and analysing the cost formulas of each part , the author adopts the curve fitting combined with interpolation , and accordingly establishs the cost model .Third , starting with the operation cost per year , the author analyses each part of the operation cost per year thoroughly and carefully . With the object of minimizing the system operation cost per year and satisfying the restriction of water quantity and water quality , the intact model is established , and solved by using mathematical tool lingo .Finally , taking processing section in certain city of north china as a example , the author checks the mathematic model ,and validates the correctness and reliability . The model totally achieves the anticipated need . It is obvious that the model not only helps to optimizing collocation of resources , but also saves construct and run cost greatly .
