Under the condition of water shortage in our country,colleges have a large number of population,and as institutions which combined research and life as a whole,the water consumption is large and the water waste is serious,about 1 ~ 2 times that of residential water consumption,and even more.But the colleges have the characteristics such as large and concentrated water consumption,regular time of water consumption,lighter water pollution and easy handling ways,it is suitable for recycling.Therefore,by discussing the technologies of building drainage and water-saving,as well as the system of water reuse,this article aims to explore a system of building drainage and water reuse which is suitable for colleges.Take a college in Xi 'an as the research object,and according to the knowledge of water supply and drainage and the theory of SD,then use the Vensim PLE software to research and analyze,the main results are as follows:1)By the technical analysis and economic accounting on the combined system of building drainage and water reuse,it is concluded that the system is feasible and has certain practical value.2)By constructing the SD model to the combined system of building drainage and water reuse and the single water reuse system,then doing the simulation and analysis,the results show that the system of building drainage and water reuse can save about 27.9% of the total water consumption a day of the school in 2035.And a single water reuse system can save about 25.4% of the total water consumption.The effect of the former one is more outstanding and more satisfied the school demand for water.3)By changing the three decisive variables: the water consumption's annual rate of growth,the acceptance of the recycled water and the expansion of enrollment in the two different kinds of water-saving system,then comparing and analyzing.The results show that the combined system has more advantages than the single water reuse system,and it is more suitable for the demand of water in the college.And the appropriate adjustment of the school enrollment rate,the use of water-saving equipments in the dormitory,the strengthen of the teachers and students' water-saving consciousness as well as the acceptance of the recycled water,all of these can improve the use of recycled water and reduce the water supply.What's more,they can make the system achieve the water balance between supply and demand as soon as possible.4)According to the results of prediction,it is obvious that the combined system of building drainage and water reuse is excellent in the economic and environmental benefits: In 2016,first,it can save 1.4531 million yuan on the cost of tap water directly.Second,it can save3.726 million yuan on the project investment of the water supply and 160.02 thousand yuan on drainage facilities and running investment indirectly.Third,it can reduce a large amount of wastewater emissions every year,which is good for reducing the pollution to the river,air and soil.
