Today with the severe shortage of water resources, reuse of reclaimed water become the important and effective way to resolve the shortage of urban water resources and water environment pollution. Guangzhou in the southern region, the local water resources is less, rainfall space-time distribution is very uneven, the contradiction of water resources between supply and demand is very serious. Research on building water reuse pattern and means to solve the problem of water shortage in Guangzhou and promote coordinated development of economic society and environment is of important theoretical and realistic significance.This paper study on the application of public building reclaimed water system, mainly select the public buildings in college as the research subject, combine drainage characteristics of institutions of higher learning, choose a university in Guangzhou and collect various drainage based on information and data, focus on building water reuse system, use system dynamics software based on the theory of system dynamics, predict the use of water and its dynamic change in school.This paper makes research on the application of public building water reuse system in college. The main research work is as follows:1. This paper firstly introduce the system dynamics method and discusses that the ideal means of building water reuse system is system dynamics.Secondly study the principle of System Dyanmics,the principle of modeling,the description of the system, the basic equations, the basic steps to solve the problem.Finally analyze the application of computer application software Vensim method to establish simulation model and the application research on water resources system dynamics model.2. Anaylze that the water cost model of reclaimed water is made up of fundamental depreciation cost of fixed assets and the equipment’s direct operation costs in water treatment engineering construction,Conclude that the water treatment technology have immediate impact on the water cost model of reclaimed water. From the choice of water in the water, the direction of water reuse, recycling water quality and so on, the applicability of the water treatment process were analyzed. At the same time introduce all kinds of processing technological process with the high-quality miscellaneous drainage for the raw water in building water reuse engineering and research economic analysis and comparison for the corresponding technical. Establish different water treatment technology of water system in water cost model and the economic scale model and give the minimum economic scale according to the water price under the market economic operation. Finally analyse the comprehensive benefits of water project from the macro.3. Analyze the various factors affecting water of a university in Guangzhou and the quantitative relationship between them, analyse system with the use of system dynamic, Establish System Dynamics model with system dynamics for reuse of reclaimed water in insituions of higher learning, thus predicting the use of water and its dynamic change in school over the next20years.4. Set up different scenarios for forecast analysis through changing the decision variable values. Predict and analyse the use of tap water and reclaimed water supply and demand conditions by changing the water consumption of student dormitory building. Results showed that Dormitory building water facilities improvement have an impact on the use of tap water, but had no effect on reclaimed water supply and demand.
