With China entering the WTO,it is a hot topic for the domestic architectural design.In recent years,the number of projects which are designed by the overseas architects,has been increasing in China,and it brings new vitality with the new train of thought,new design-concept,and the new image.Chinese architects sum up experience through the design cooperation with the abroad architects,improve themselves ,as a result,to promote the Chinese architectural design to the world.This article analysis Morgan-Center Project, a huge complex located in the Olympic Business Zone, in which the author has participated as one of the presiders. It introduces the whole project in detail by looking at the design conception behind as well as the complete design process. In addition, it also focuses on some key technological issues. Furthermore, by summarizing the overall international cooperation experience and examining the trend of internationalization which is wiping throughout china's construction market, it offers valuable references for the design of skyscrapers and huge public complex.
