Gear transmission system, the most important power and transmission forms for machinery and mechanical equipment, now is wildly used in many fields of national economy. To make the equipment and product work safely and steadily, the structure must have superior static and dynamic characteristics. So it is necessary to study the phenomenon of losing utility and transmission theory and materials about gear transmission system, which can meet the need of static load and dynamic load and hypo-vibration and hypo-noise.As a numeric analysis method, the finite element method has been becoming a more and more important action in analysis of gear transmission system. This new method can shorten the period of development, and save much manpower, material resources, which is becoming more and more important in the development of the analysis of gear transmission system now. In this dissertation, three-dimensional modeling and assembly simulations of the gearbox are carried out. And Contact stress analysis about gear including theory analysis and finite element analysis are analyzed. Contrast of the two results shows they are anastomotic, which shows that the model is correct. And the characteristics of gearbox about vibration is analyzed, the gearbox is divide into two substructure which are gear transmission substructure (gear and shaft) and structure substructure (box). For gearbox system, coupled modal is built up, which consists of gear-rotor-support. And both the modal analysis of gearbox coupling system and the response analysis of gearbox coupling system have been analyzed by finite element method. The coulpe modal and response result of gearbox system are exploded.
