The State Detection & Fault Diagnosis System on Locomotive consists of three parts. The first is state detection & data acquisition, second is radio data communication system, the last is information processing (message processing) & fault diagnosis system. The functions of the first system are real-time monitoring and collecting parameters of locomotive, data processing and fault alarm. Information processing & fault diagnosis system is used to model then put the parameters which were detected by state detection system into model, analysis them integrated, further to deduce the failure mode of locomotive or hidden trouble, then the most importantly to give reasonable and effective maintenance measure or program. But the function of radio data communication system is to realize communication between the two subsystems above. Basing on analyzing operation condition, fault detecting and other problem the system proposed a scheme that adopts lots of advanced technology in order to detect and collect real-time parameters, transmit radio data and diagnose fault.The paper mainly discussed design idea and new technology application of vehicular state detection and data acquisition system. It also discussed operating state of system and presented anti-jamming measure of whole system. Moreover by the form of flowchart the partition of program task on state detection and data acquisition, the relationship between tasks and jobs which have been finished.
