Many data of electric locomotive using shows that most electric locomotive exist the problem of SCR dynamic damage, which can be seen as a result of over-high voltage between SCR. This failure makes rectifier disable and conduces decrease of locomotive pull. Ever more, the failure can cause locomotive stop and block the railway.The reason of SCR dynamic damage are relate to the circumstance of equipment working and lack of real time inspection device.This thesis analyses the parameters of SCR, using real time SCR parameter measurement device to get the SCR status. If the voltage between the SCR is close to the threshold value, the equipment will prompt operator to change the SCR and avoids the damage of SCR.The equipment is made up of CPLD, industrial computer and controlling soft. Using this equipment on electric locomotive can availably avoid SCR dynamic damage...
