The human eye can not resolve the high speed process recorded by high speed video acquisiton system, which stroed the details of high speed process and large data. The data provides the technical support for the weapon system of modern airborne.The research is backward compared with developed countries. To break the blockade of technology and monopoly, it’s important to explore the system of high speed video collection.According to the process of target flight, the system of high-speed video acquisition and transmission was study. The system is divided into the front of video acquisition module, video data transmission module, video display module, and the memory module which is divided into cache memory and external memory to achieve application demand.CMOS senser is used to acquest images and Camera Link interface is applied to transmit video data. The data are cached by 4 pieces of DDR2 SDRAM. The video data are stored in Solid State Drive. The VGA interface is used to display data in real-time.The logic is designed by verilog HDL under QuartusII compile environment. It contains configuration of camera register, video capture module, filter module, asynchronous FIFO module, DDR2 SDRAM control module, solid harddisk control module and VGA timing control module.When the system performance test has been done, the result shows that the frame rate of system reach to 500fps in the case of 1280×1024 resolution,8 bits wide and 82 MHz clock frequency situation. The parameter of system meets technical vertified.
