This paper introduces particularly the design of high frequency sinusoidal invert power supply by using of new type of power semiconductor device-power MOSFET, new type of control system utilizing Integrated Circuits and homemade magnetic materials. The power supply' s frequency is up to 100KHz, power is 500W, and the output voltage (RMS) is 700V.The paper introduces the main circuit which is similar to the forward converter circuit, and discusses the problem of the voltage balance among the devices at the dynamic transient states, and then basis on them , designs a high frequency sinusoidal invert power supply.There are several innovations given as below in this paper:l.The paper applies a technology of series for power semiconductor devices to the single end converter successfully. At the condition of sinusoidal voltage output, and when two power semiconductor devices are in series, the circuit for power semiconductor devices proves to be able to offer a preferable purpose for voltage balancing by experimentations.2. A technique for power output of sinusoidal voltage.3. A drive circuit for great power: the driving scheme in the paper can offer an ideal pulse current.4. An argumentation for a precept of high frequency and high efficiency sinusoidal voltage: using power semiconductor devices, the author found that it is difficult to design a sinusoidal voltage power because it is inconvenient to handle the technology of soft switching. After a thorough confirmation , the author believes that it is difficult to design a high-frequency and high-efficiency sinusoidal voltage power.
