| A great quantity of society resources and energy sources are consumed when the wealth is created by manufacturing industry which causes plenty of environment pollution. In order to save resources, protect living environment and keep our society's sustainable development, Green Manufacturing is preferred.Green Process is an important chain of Green Manufacturing. This paper studies the method of the evaluation and decision-making on Green Process. On the basis of prevenient research, the method considering of the time, quality, cost, service, resources consumption and environment pollution is put forward. The decision making on the processing schema is a multi-targets, qualitative and quantitative issue, so the common mathematical method is difficult to deal with. With Fuzzy Multiobjective Decision Making and Game, the modal of green processing schema decision making from one working procedure to the whole processing schema is put forward referring to the characteristic of the Green Process decision making. Finally, gets evaluation index by solving model, and estimates processes' sensitivity according to index. Further, relatively highest degree of green processing schema is obtained.The Application of Fuzzy Multiobjective Decision Making and Game to the Green Process decision making overcomes the limitation of traditional optimization algorithm, and makes decision course more fast and accurate. The evaluation and decision making model established in this paper can not only be applied to the estimation and decision of any process schemas, but also can be applied to technique parameter decision and so on.With C++ Builder 5.0 and the database designing language, a prototype decision making system is designed and developed in order to make the decision making more fast and correct and alleviate decision-maker's working quantity.Furthermore, a practical decision making sample is given to be analyzed and solved, and the validity and applicability of the decision making method established in this paper is proved by the correct solution. |
