New words such as green architecture,green construction appear in architecture,which theory is developed maturely in developed countries and partly developed in other industries in our country. But it has not yet been developed in hydraulic and hydropower engineering construction. Green construction is incorporation of building resource-conservation and environment-friendly society, it is important approach for architecture development fashion conversion, and it is an important measure to change developing conception and improve integration benefit. So this article is targeted at Qizong Hydropower Station,researching its greenness.Firstly, general study of green construction and development situation of our country is introduced, expatiating the construction problem of hydropower engineering and its resolvent.Secondly, this article aims at green construction,compares the four schemes and selects the best according to multi-objective fuzzy decision-making theory. In the selecting process we judge mainly by five factors which contain assured output,the area of the recruited land, static state investment,the submersed population and environment protecting.Thirdly,we do green assessment for the construction of the scheme by using Japanese CASBEE assessment system after selecting the best scheme. CASBEE is a system used to integratedly assess the greenness of construction by both exterior environment load and quality and capability of the building.In the last part of this article,according to the construction site layout system of Qizong engineering,the method of 3D visual modeling based on 3ds Max for construction site layout is presented, carrying on 3D visual analyze for the scheme of downriver dam address of 2150m, displaying its greenness with the form of visualization.
