| Green Manufacturing has become one of main development trends of modern manufacturing industry, and a hot spot in current manufacturing research domain. Green manufacturing embodies the strategy of sustainable development in the modern manufacturing. The basic idea of green manufacturing is to implement reduction and source control of resources consumption, environmental safety and health hazard. Production process is a main stage in the product life cycle, which directly consumes resources and releases environmental wastes. Green planning of production process is a key approach to optimizing and improving the environmental friendliness.Based on the existing literatures and aiming at the status and deficiency existing in domestic green planning of production process, the project of this paper studied essence conception, system structure, resource and environmental property assessment and multi-objective integrated decision-making technology of manufacturing enterprise production process. The main contents of this paper are sponsored by the Research Fund of National Natural Science Foundation (NO.70571060) and National Science and Technology supporting program (NO.2006BAF02A03), China.(1) Based on the introduction of the basic concepts of production process and flow of resource and environmental impact, the function model of production process is established, the green traits and decision-making attributes revolution of production process are discussed, and the connotation and operation system of green planning for production process are proposed.(2) Analysis of the types, properties and related information of resources and environmental impacts, and validating the status of resource consumption and environmental impact are the basis of reducing resource consumption and environmental pollution for production process. The framework of analysis and evaluation of resources and environmental properties is established, and the key technologies of that are studied, on the basis of that, the relevance analysis model of resource and environment, the resource consumption model and environmental impact assessment model are presented.(3) A multi-objective integrated decision-making model and methodology of production process is presented by synthetically consider three economic efficiency goals (productivity, quality, cost) , two social goals (environmental effect, professional health and safety harms) and a social economy goal of the resources consumption, which study on the support theoretical model of production process decision-making, several decision-making support application models, and the transition method between the theory model and application model. Based on the decision-making framework model and the relevant decision-making analysis method, the decision-making problems for production process can be resolved successfully.(4) On the basis of the above research conclusion, combining earlier research results and the development of network environment based on the Internet, adopting three structures of B/S, the Application Supporting prototype System of green planning for Process Planning has developed and applied. It includes five parts: database module of green process characteristic, sub-module of process factors planning, of processes optimization, of database management and of users' management. A case is integrated to testify all above-mentioned research contents and better application results have made. |
