Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method For Decision-Making Of Green Processes

While the development of manufacturing industry makes enormous change of peoples' life, it also produces the problem of the environment-deterioration and resource-exhausting. In order to save resources, protect living environment and keep our society's sustainable development, Green Manufacturing is preferred.This paper studies a new decision-making method of green manufacturing processing which is an important part of green manufacturing. Under comprehensive considering of the time, quality, cost, resources consumption and environment pollution, a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for the decision-making of green manufacturing processing put forward. According to the expectation of the five decision targets, a decision model is setup. The decision is a multi-targets, qualitative and quantitative issue, so fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and setting up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are suitable for green processing decision. Finally, gets evaluation index by solving model, and estimates processes' sensitivity according to index. Further, higher degree of green processing schema is obtained.The application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the decision of green processing makes decision course more fast and accurate. It not only makes up the shortage of experience evaluation, but also overcomes the limitation of traditional optimium algorithm. The comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper can not only be applied to the estimation and decision of any process schemas, but also can be applied to technique parameter decision, green products estimation, and so on.A decision software is designed using VB6.0, and the relevant program is edited, it makes decision more correct, fast and accurate, and alleviates decision-maker's working quantity and pressure.Furthermore, giving a practical decision sample, and applying of the method obtained to the analysis and solution, verifying the correction.
