Indoor Environmental Pollution Control Of Civil Building Engineering

The control of indoor environmental pollution is one important part of the quality of civil building engineering. In the past, many standards about indoor environmental pollution and the contents limited of pollution from building materials have been created. But either the standards are not reasonable or they can not connect with the indoor air quality. In addition, the methods of survey can not work very well. So it is impossible to control the indoor air pollution which is growing worse and worse. In this paper, the sources and harm of normal pollution in civil building engineering are systematically analyzed. Based on the domestic technological and economical conditions, how to control the indoor environmental pollution is studied from the aspects of building materials, site prospecting and building design, construction, acceptance. Finally, the specific situation of indoor environmental pollution in Chongqing is analyzed and advise is given by the writer.Normal indoor environmental pollution includes radon, formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, TVOC which are emitted from the site and building materials. They are very harmful to people's health. The contents of pollution from all the building materials should accord with the requirements of codes. In order to survey the contents, proper methods should be choosed. In the period of site prospecting and building design, the radon consistence in the site should be considered. Take measures to avoid radan into house if necessary. Ventilation should be considered. According to the classification of civil building engineering, building materials should be choosed properly. In the period of construction, it is important to check and accept materials. At the same time construct it without producing environmental pollution. In the period of acceptance, the quality of indoor environment should be surveyed by using suitable facilities under specific condition. Buildings which are not qualified at indoor environment pollution must not be used. In Chongqing the ammonia consistence in civil building engineering is very low. The amount of rooms to be surveyed could decrease. The consistence of indoor environment pollution in simple decorated house is very low. The amount of rooms to be surveyed in simple decorated houses could decrease. The consistense of indoor environment pollution in complex decorated houses is higher than it in simple decorated houses. In Chongqing, the situation of indoor environment pollution produced in privaet decoration is worrying. It is advised that increase the amount of rooms to be surveyed inacceptance.
